Vitaliy Goncharuk

Vitaliy Goncharuk is an entrepreneur, who founded a leading company called Augmented Pixels Inc, which develops  autonomous navigation solutions  for drones, robots, and AR Glasses.

In 2022, Qualcomm acquired the company. 

Vitaliy has also held various pro-bono advisory roles in the public sector:

• Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee of Ukraine (2019-2022) under the Cabinet of Ministers;
• Head of the AI + security working group (2022 – 2024); 
• Official Member of the Ad hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence at the Council of Europe (2020-2021).
• Advisor to Mr. Reznikov, the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine (2020-2021), who subsequently became the Minister of Defense
