Vitaliy Goncharuk

Vitaliy Goncharuk is an entrepreneur, who founded a leading company called Augmented Pixels Inc, which develops  autonomous navigation solutions  for drones, robots, and AR Glasses.

In 2022, Qualcomm acquired the company. 

Currently, Vitaliy serves as the Head of the “AI + Security” Working Group at the AI Committee of Ukraine.

Vitaliy has also held various pro-bono advisory roles in the public sector:

• Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee of Ukraine (2019-2022) under the Cabinet of Ministers.
• Official Member of the Ad hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence at the Council of Europe (2020-2021).
• Advisor to Mr. Reznikov, the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine (2020-2021), who subsequently became the Minister of Defense
